Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all included parts. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at elijah@shopreliables.com with your order number. We'll respond within one business day with return authorization and the address to ship to. Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and replace or refund it at no cost to you. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 7 days if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered. Send a photo if you can — it speeds things up.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on gift cards, clearance items, or products where the sealed packaging has been opened for hygiene or safety reasons.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.
