SHIPPING POLICY

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Any applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your order
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears stuck or has not moved in several days, contact us at elijah@shopreliables.com and we will help track it down.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. If a package is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
